Fujian SBS Zipper Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1992 and became a public company on Dec. 22, 2006 on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (share name: Xunxing; stock code: 002098). SBS is a Sino-foreign joint venture. We are the zipper center in China: the leader to map out the national zipper standards in China; a specialized zipper manufacturer with the largest scale and a complete range of products. We are also the only public company in the Chinese zipper line.

At present, SBS has two zipper production bases in Jinjiang, Fujian and Qingpu, Shanghai. We are also establishing new zipper production bases in Dongguan, Guangdong and Tianjin, shaping a zipper production network all over China. We have registered the "SBS" brand in over seventy countries and regions, and we have set up SBS offices and agencies and sold zippers all over the world. Our brand is an exclusive well-known brand in China.

Our company adheres to creative methods to redevelop the traditional industry with high-technology, and we have implemented brand strategy to lead the development trends of the Chinese zipper industry. Our company has received 40 national invention patents. We have invented about 100 new technical methods and types of equipment, and have designed about 500 new products. Two projects were listed in the National Torch Program and Sparks Program. Many projects were also listed in the Fujian Torch Program and Sparks Program, making us the leading company in the Chinese zipper line.

Our company promotes the spirit of "Details achieve quality", pursuing perfect product quality. We strictly obey inspection standards. We have nearly 10,000 sets of internationally advanced automatic equipment and hundreds of sets of imported examination equipment integrated into our zipper inspection center. Our company was the first zipper manufacturing company to receive ISO9001 Quality System Certification and product certification, as well as ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification. Moreover, we also enjoy the privilege of being named a "Green Path" by the Commodity Inspection Bureau General Administration of Quality Inspection and Quarantine.

Currently, our company is building SBS Technology Industrial Park, which has a construction area that covers 400,000 square meters. The total cost of this development is 500 million RMB. SBS Technology Industrial Park will become the largest, most complete zipper manufacturing facility in Asia, a research and development base among global counterparts. SBS will realize its sustainable value development driven by product operations and capital investment to enable SBS to become a well-known brand all over the world and realize the mutual development of company values and employee values.
